Please note that the Dr.Rock massagers use the BC1.2 USB charging protocol, with a standard voltage and current of 5V/2A. We strongly recommend that customers use a charger clearly labeled as 5V/2A. Fast-charging adapters, with a current higher than 2A, may cause compatibility issues and prevent the product from charging.
